This month has seen the team make some significant progress and changes to the Micromouse.
At the start of the month the team took the decision to redesign the Micromouse to try and make it as small as possible. This meant remaking the PCB to fit all the sensors on one board, this would be done printing on both sides of the PCB. We have also made some significant progress with our special feature and now have it working as a source of obstacle detection, just a few kinks left to work out before adding the remaining two sources. In addition, our Micromouses white-line following feature is almost complete with just a few bugs left to iron out. I myself have also made some progress with the shell design using Autodesk Inventor, and we now have a rough design for the finished shell.
Overall the team has made some great progress this month and is continuing to work well.
