13/10/2017 - Start of project

This marked the start of our project. On this date and in the days that followed we completed the following tasks:

1. Beginning the Gantt chart on Microsoft project and planned out deadlines for the projects tasks.

2. Selected a website construction website:- www.websitebuilder.com. Began construction of the website by first creating the team logo.

3. Researched previous teams’ websites in search for design ideas for both circuits and construction.

4. Setup a google drive server for the team documents as well as a group email.

5. Created a team skills sheet which lists each member’s primary and secondary skills as well as team contact details. Created a skills matrix which lists each role and which team member will be needed for it.

6. Researched how the testing software works and how this can be used to assist in programming our bot. Researched how the provided circuit board is laid out.Researched the current drawn on a basic model of the bot and how this can affect our bot.
